I installed it, and fiddled with it for a while, but I have not allowed it any access to the Internet yet. Could you possibly write a simple 'bittorrent best practices' list of things to do before using such a software - especially the stuff related to security, privacy and firewall settings? Thank you. I’ll be honest, I downloaded my first bittorrent client/software after reading this post! I installed it, and fiddled with it for a while, but I have not allowed it any access to the Internet yet.
